Twitter ประกาศเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบการ retweet แบบมีคอมเมนต์ ดังนี้
- เปลี่ยนชื่อ Retweets with comments เป็น Quote Tweets
- แสดงจำนวน Quote Tweets แยกจาก Retweets เดิม (ก่อนหน้านี้นับรวมกัน)
Twitter ให้เหตุผลว่า Quote Tweets หรือการอ้างถึงข้อความทวีตอื่นๆ ช่วยให้เกิดการสนทนาระหว่างกันมากขึ้น จึงแยกส่วนนี้จาก Retweets แบบปกติ ออกมาให้เข้าถึงได้ง่ายขึ้น
