มีรายงานจากผู้ใช้ iPhone จำนวนหนึ่งที่เป็น iOS 11.1.2 โดยพบว่าเครื่องจะรีสตาร์ทตัวเองตลอดทุกราว 1 นาที (เป็นรีบูทแบบ springboard ที่ขึ้นวงกลม ไม่ใช่โลโก้แอปเปิล) ซึ่งต่อให้ Restart เครื่องทั้งหมดก็ไม่ทำให้ปัญหาหายไป
เบื้องต้นสาเหตุนั้นมาจากผู้ใช้มีการแจ้งเตือนผ่านแอพที่ใช้ Local Notification แบบแจ้งเตือนซ้ำทุกวัน โดยบั๊กนี้จะเริ่มทำงานในเวลา 00:15น. ของวันที่ 2 ธันวาคม ซึ่งสามารถแก้ไขได้โดยการปิด Notification ของแอพเหล่านั้นไปก่อน หรืออาจปิด Notification ทั้งหมดเลยก็ได้หากไม่แน่ใจว่าแอพไหนที่ใช้ Local Notification
หากยังไม่หาย ทางแก้หนึ่งคือเปลี่ยนวันที่ในโทรศัพท์เป็น 1 ธันวาคมไปก่อน
