หน่วยควบคุมความปลอดภัยทางหลวงสหรัฐฯ หรือ National Highway Traffic Safety Association (NHTSA) เริ่มออกมาตรการเมนชั่นหาคนบนทวิตเตอร์ที่ระบุว่ากำลังขับรถไปทวีตไป ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องจริงหรือล้อเล่น หรือแม้แต่ทวีตถึงคนอื่น ผ่านทาง @NHTSAgov
นอกจากจะไล่เมนชั่นคนบนทวิตเตอร์ ทางหน่วยยังทวีตข้อความรณรงค์ เช่น "คู่บน Tinder ของคุณจะดีใจถ้าคุณไม่ได้กำลังปัดจอตอนขับรถ"
ทาง NHTSA ระบุว่าแคมเปญนี้จะเป็นเพียงช่วงสั้นๆ ถึงวันที่ 30 เมษายนนี้เท่านั้น
